The first servers and data arrays are expected to be ready for the data centre by the end of 2023. “I am very confident that in December, before Christmas, we will complete the construction phase of the VDC project and start the state mission entrusted to us – the process of consolidation of the state’s information resources with the aim of ensuring their security and a more efficient management of the entire data ecosystem,” says Remigijus Šeris, the head of the Telecentre.
“I can confirm that the works are on schedule, some of them even ahead of schedule. We do not foresee any unplanned risks in the course of the project,” says Justas Zelba, a representative of UAB Viconus, which oversees the construction project. READ MORE
