What we do
We analyse the technical documentation, clarify the scope of works, define work packages, and prepare tender conditions, bid submission forms, evaluation criteria and the draft construction contract.
We manage the procurement process, coordinate communication with tender participants, manage the question-and-answer process and bid submissions. Where required, we conduct market enquiries and assess the qualifications of potential contractors.
We carry out technical and commercial analysis of bids, assess contractors’ capacity and financial standing, and coordinate negotiations on price, schedule, scope of works and key contractual terms.
