SCOPE OF SERVICE
What we do
We verify that construction works are carried out in accordance with the design solutions, applicable legislation and technical regulations, and specified quality requirements.
We review compliance documentation for the materials and products used, and participate in the inspection and acceptance of concealed works, load-bearing structures and other works specified in the design.
We record identified non-conformities and defects, monitor their rectification, and review the construction logbook and as-built documentation.
We participate in the testing of engineering systems and the acceptance of completed works, and review the documentation required for construction completion within the construction supervisor’s scope of responsibility.
